Aubrey Wieberg ~ Executive Director
In January of 2021, Aubrey began tutoring a first-grade Burmese refugee from Chicago via Zoom. Inspired by this encounter, she turned to her community in Dallas, determined to begin a similar program focused on education for refugee children. Thus, the Dallas Refugee Project was born.
As an undergraduate student at the University of Dallas, Aubrey is currently pursuing a degree in Economics and Politics with a concentration in International Relations. She is passionate about multicultural issues, developmental economics, and community building.
